Northern Trades finds what your project needs and gets it to the site when it's actually needed. We're based around Boyne City and East Jordan and deliver across Charlevoix, Emmet, Antrim and Grand Traverse counties, with regular runs to Charlevoix and Petoskey.

How it works

Tell us what you're doing. A material list is great, but "we're redoing the back deck" works too. We'll help you sort out what makes sense for your site, what you want and what you need, before anything gets ordered.

Then we find it, confirm it's available, and time the delivery to your schedule. It gets dropped where the work is happening, not at the end of the driveway in the snow.

Lake places and seasonal homes

Lake properties on Walloon Lake, Lake Charlevoix and Torch Lake come with tight drives, steep lots and a short building season. We plan deliveries around access and weather so material isn't left out or in the way. If you're not up here, we'll set it up with your caretaker, property manager or whoever's doing the work.

Why it's worth handing off

Running around for materials eats whole days. Driving to three yards, waiting on a backorder, finding out the delivery truck can't make it down your road. When we handle it, you're not the one making those calls, and the people doing the work aren't standing around waiting.
