Northern Trades handles installation across Charlevoix, Emmet, Antrim and Grand Traverse counties. A lot of our work is in Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City and Traverse City, and the lake communities in between. Our local divisions in Charlevoix, East Jordan and our other towns handle the work in their own areas.
What we put in

Siding, trim, doors and the details that face the weather. We prep surfaces properly and use coatings and sealants made for lake-effect winters, not just whatever's on the shelf.

New builds, renovations and remodels. We handle the installation pieces and work alongside whoever else is on site. If you'd rather have one team keep the whole project together, that's our project support.

Tough coatings for shops, offices and rentals, done in phases so you can stay open.

How it goes
We start by walking the space with you and listening to what you want. Then you get a written quote built around your priorities: the finish you're after, the timing and the budget.
If you need materials, our supply and delivery side gets them to the site when the crew needs them. We do the work, clean up as we go, and walk through it with you at the end before we call it finished.

No. We can source and deliver them. If you've already picked something out, we'll install that.
I'm only here in the summer. Can the work get done while I'm gone?
Yes. Plenty of our clients are seasonal. We schedule around you and keep you posted.
